Our experience with this platform has been excellent, especially with its PRTG integration, advanced mapping, and reliable device backups. The support team goes above and beyond, making it feel like a true partnership and valuing our feedback for future updates. The only small area for improvement would be the licensing for port monitoring, as it counts all ports including non-critical ones, which could be more flexible. Overall, it’s a powerful and well-supported solution.
