Personalized Video Outreach with Strong Onboarding, Minor Library Limitation
We had a great experience with the customer success team and the onboarding process, which helped us get started quickly and effectively. The platform allowed us to connect with people we might not have had any face-to-face interaction with, especially during the pandemic. What I appreciate most is the ability to personalize each video and give viewers a genuine look into our organization. Even supporters who live far away or haven’t visited in many years can still feel a strong, personal connection through ThankView. The only small drawback is that videos in the library have to be deleted individually, which can be time-consuming when managing larger collections.
