Please tell us about yourself in the context of your software and give a brief intro to the software.
I’m Phaiboon Trikanjananun, the Founder and CEO of Orisma Technology Company Limited. We developed our email marketing platform after seeing many of our clients struggle with the rising cost of established email marketing tools. We wanted to provide a practical, affordable alternative that gives businesses the essential tools to create, manage, automate, and measure email campaigns—without paying for unnecessary complexity.

What was the core reason behind developing this software?
The core reason was simple: our Orisma clients needed a more cost-effective email marketing solution. Existing platforms could become expensive as their subscriber lists and email volumes grew. We saw an opportunity to build a reliable, easy-to-use alternative that delivers the essential features businesses need without the high and often unpredictable costs.

Our key difference is that we combine enterprise-level email marketing, automation, analytics, and transactional email capabilities in one cost-effective platform. Taximail is designed to be practical and easy to use, while still offering advanced tools such as drag-and-drop campaigns, automation workflows, API/SMTP integration, spam testing, personalization, and real-time reporting.

Most importantly, Taximail was built around real customer needs, so we focus on delivering useful features, flexibility, and responsive support rather than unnecessary complexity.

We believe Taximail delivers strong value by giving businesses the essential tools for professional email marketing and transactional communication at a cost that scales with their needs. How will you keep up with new technology and customer requirements?
We stay close to our customers and continuously use their feedback to guide our product development. At the same time, we monitor emerging technologies, email marketing trends, deliverability standards, and changing customer expectations. Our approach is to continuously improve Taximail with practical features, integrations, automation, and performance enhancements that solve real business needs rather than adding technology simply for the sake of it.

Where will you see your software in the next 10 years, and what are your future plans for that?
Over the next 10 years, we see Taximail evolving into a broader customer communication platform, powered by automation and AI while remaining affordable and easy to use. We plan to strengthen personalization, analytics, integrations, and intelligent campaign automation, while expanding into more markets. Our long-term goal is to help businesses communicate with their customers more effectively through a reliable platform that continues to deliver strong value as their needs grow.

What steps are you taking to adapt your product for a mobile-driven world?
We design Taximail with mobile-first communication in mind. Our platform supports responsive email campaigns that adapt to different screen sizes, while our campaign management and reporting tools are accessible across devices. We also continuously improve templates, personalization, automation, and analytics to help customers deliver effective experiences to the growing number of users who read and interact with emails on mobile devices.

What are your efforts for maintaining software integrity and regulatory compliance?
We take software integrity, data security, and compliance seriously. Taximail is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified under the Information Security Management System (ISMS), reflecting our commitment to maintaining strong information security controls and protecting customer data. We continuously review our systems, security practices, and processes to maintain a reliable and secure platform while adapting to evolving regulatory and industry requirements.

Could you explain how you create and sustain healthy relationships with your customers?
We build customer relationships through responsive support, open communication, and continuous feedback. Taximail was created from our clients’ needs, we treat customer feedback as an important part of product development. We work closely with customers to understand their challenges, help them get the most from the platform, and continuously improve our service based on their evolving requirements. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships, not simply sell software.

What is the biggest challenge that you have faced, and how did you overcome it to make your software successful?
Our biggest challenge was competing in a market dominated by established global email marketing platforms while building a solution that remained affordable for businesses. We overcame this by staying focused on our customers’ real needs, continuously improving the platform, and investing in reliability, deliverability, security, and practical features. Instead of trying to be everything to everyone, we built Taximail around delivering strong value, local market understanding, and dependable customer support.
