Clean, Thoughtful Design That’s Easy to Learn
The system feels clear, well designed, and genuinely pleasant to use, with a user-friendly layout and soothing colors that make everything easy to understand. Most features are self-explanatory and feel carefully planned, which makes navigation simple. In fact, after being shown the platform just once, it was easy to take over and use it confidently. The only small drawback is the reservation map, where the color scheme feels a bit too bright. Softer colors would be easier on the eyes, but overall the experience remains very positive and smooth.

Simple, Cloud-Based PMS That Makes Daily Work Easier
There are a few small things that could be improved, like being able to turn a room hold into a confirmed booking without having to release it first, since there’s always a risk someone else could book it in between. That said, this is honestly the easiest property management system I’ve ever worked with. After 40 years in the industry and using everything from old DOS systems to modern cloud software, this one stands out for its simplicity. Being cloud-based was a huge advantage, especially when working from home during renovations, non-operational days, and even through the pandemic. It made staying connected and managing work much easier.
