Great Features and Excellent Support

The software was a bit frustrating at first, as I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but the customer service is fantastic. When I call, I either get a real person or they call me back quickly. I really like the features, like the credit card and accounting tools, and having all my pictures saved in the media library so I can reuse them when updating reports. The more I use the software, the more I appreciate it. My main wish is that it could save my comments permanently in the library, not just for a single inspection.

Good Older Version, Concerned About New Pricing

I really liked the older version and recommended it to many new inspectors—it was easy to use and a one-time purchase. The new plan, though, makes me hesitant, as $500 a year seems steep for long-term use. They also shut down my reporting system with little warning in the middle of an inspection, which put me in a tough spot with a client. It feels like they’re moving away from supporting what used to be a great product.
