Highly Customizable and Reliable Home Inspection Software
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with HomeGauge. Like any software, occasional hiccups occur, but whenever I’ve run into issues I couldn’t resolve on my own, the Customer Service team has always been responsive and helpful. I’ve explored other reporting software, but I can’t bring myself to switch after 15 years of using HomeGauge. One of the standout features is the customizable templates. For instance, living in Colorado, I easily added inspection items for Swamp Coolers and can rearrange items to match my preferred workflow. I appreciate that photos are integrated directly with comments, so clients don’t have to flip through pages, and Realtors love the “Create Repair List” function, which streamlines their Inspection Objection reports. Auto-comments and automatic notes for items like Federal Pacific Panels or aluminum wiring save significant time.
