Powerful Fundraising Platform with Room for Refinement
Overall, this system has been a valuable tool for managing our fundraising events, helping us handle auctions and donations efficiently. The platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and even includes an AI guide, which makes navigation smooth for both our team and guests. Customer service is responsive and accessible via phone, chat, or email. That said, there are some areas that could improve—carted items can be misleadingly marked as purchased, some donations during Raise the Paddle were misassigned, and reporting screens aren’t always consistent. Despite these issues, we see great potential and plan to continue using it while hoping for ongoing enhancements.

Robust Platform for Galas and Events
Overall, my experience with OneCause has been very positive. The customer service and training were both helpful, and the platform makes managing events like galas much easier. I liked that I could handle registration, online auctions, tribute books, and livestreams all in one place. The main downside is the cost—it’s on the pricier side—but the features and reliability make it worth the investment.
