Convenient and User-Friendly Platform
This software is really easy to use, and I rarely run into any issues. I like that I can access it on both my phone and computer, which makes managing things on the go simple. The only minor drawback is that I can view more details on client profiles and my own account from the computer, but not from my phone.

Reliable and Easy-to-Use Software
My experience with NPA over the past three years has been fantastic! I love how smoothly I can enter appointments and pull reports. Having a dedicated case person for my account is a huge comfort—they’re always ready to help and let me know if anything needs resubmitting or if issues arise. The software is easy to use, and combined with the helpful support team, it makes managing billing, claims, and authorizations simple and efficient. The only improvement I’d like is the ability to remove terminated staff from the drop-down when adding appointments, but overall, it’s an excellent tool.
