This platform is incredibly easy to use, especially for field staff who need to write progress notes daily and complete assessments through documentation. From discovery to implementation, the customer service and support are unmatched, offering personalized assistance that makes the platform approachable and welcoming. The ability to modify or correct forms within the system, along with guidance on larger projects, is particularly valuable. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team have been exceptional throughout. The only area with room for improvement is the reporting feature; as a CARF-accredited agency, it would be helpful to sort demographic data—like gender, race, age, and program—more efficiently. While not a deal breaker, enhanced reporting would make the platform even stronger.
