Why SoftwareWorld Chooses Miradore
"Managing company devices across different locations can get complicated fast. Miradore helps IT teams keep track of phones, laptops, and tablets without spending too much time on manual work. It works well for businesses that need centralized device management without a steep learning curve. Smaller teams especially find it practical for day-to-day oversight. That said, larger organizations with highly complex IT environments may find the feature depth falls short of their needs over time."

Simple and Effective Device Management Solution
We use Miradore to manage our Windows PCs for enabling BitLocker, deploying software, and keeping devices patched, and it has been working very well. The product is easy to use, and our direct access to sales, customer success, and support teams has been a big plus. The only issue we’ve faced is receiving too many marketing emails, which required opting out.
User-Friendly MDM with Privacy-Friendly Controls
Overall, our experience with Miradore has been positive. We’ve deployed it for several customers, and they appreciate that devices can be managed without giving IT access to personal user data. The platform is easy to set up, new sites can be configured quickly, and the interface is intuitive to use. On the downside, macOS limits DMG deployments unless done through scripts, which can be inconvenient. Manual device syncs can also be slow with little visibility into their status, and support for Linux devices is currently missing.
