Solid, Dependable System with a Learning Curve for Growth

Overall, my experience with JobBOSS² has been very steady and dependable. The system does what it’s supposed to do without unexpected downtime, which gives me confidence that important data is safe and accessible when I need it. One thing I genuinely appreciate is the structure of the platform. The layout is consistent throughout, so once you understand one area, the rest feels familiar and easy to follow. That logical flow makes day-to-day work much smoother. While expanding and bringing multiple companies under one system has had its challenges, for a single-company setup it has been reliable, intuitive, and effective for our core needs.

Strong Manufacturing Visibility with Room for Small Improvements

Our experience with E2 / JobBOSS has been consistently positive over the years. Since implementing it, we’ve gained far better visibility and consistency across our operations, which has made managing the business much easier. What really stands out is how well it captures the entire manufacturing workflow. From estimating jobs to tracking production and finally shipping, everything flows through one system, which helps keep teams aligned and processes clear. While there are a few limitations around data imports, the core functionality has proven reliable and valuable for running a manufacturing operation day to day.
