Greater Giving Review: Strong System with Key Training Needs

Overall, the system is good, but we did face some challenges. For example, an incorrect fundraiser date caused issues during check-in when credit card readers failed to work. On the positive side, generating bid sheets is easy, and the ticket purchasing process is smooth. That said, it can be difficult to view detailed transaction data behind bank transfers.
