A Game Changer for How We Manage Projects
This software has honestly exposed the weak spots in our old systems, especially where communication used to fall apart, and it’s helped us fix those gaps. We’re now delivering reports and feedback to clients much faster and in a far more organized way. What used to be huge paper build packs have been reduced to just a few drawing sheets, and all our QA, H&S, and certification documents are instantly accessible to the team, clients, and auditors. The flexibility is a big plus since we didn’t have to change our own processes to make it work, and the support team has been outstanding with every issue resolved quickly. We’ve seen clear benefits like less paperwork on site, better visibility of compliance documents, real-time updates and photos between site and office, and much smoother handovers without messy WhatsApp groups or missing files. If anything, we’re just impatient for new features because every update adds more value, and we’re always eager to get them as soon as possible.
