Secure and Reliable Platform With Excellent Support

The support team is consistently thorough, knowledgeable, and ready to assist, which makes using the platform a smooth experience. I feel confident writing notes and conducting sessions, knowing that everything is fully HIPAA compliant and secure. The platform provides a safe environment for managing client communications, sessions, and documentation, which is essential for maintaining trust and confidentiality. While the system works very well overall, there are occasional glitches during online sessions. Additionally, it would be great to see more features added, such as screen sharing or customizable backgrounds, to enhance the virtual session experience even further.
