You can see exactly what a release includes, how tests were conducted, track bugs, manage change requests, assess risks, and much more. The web interface makes collaborating with global teams seamless, and integration with Git or Subversion, document repositories, and customizable reports add immense value. While misconfigurations can happen, that’s really just part of setting up your workflow correctly.

Flexible and Feature-Rich Solution
I’ve really enjoyed using this product, especially as its modern UI has improved over time. It was already very mature in terms of features when I started, offering high flexibility and customization. You can define your own processes, lifecycles, and configure an extensive Roles & Permissions system—truly impressive. The only drawback back when I used it was that the pricing was geared toward larger companies, which made it quite expensive for smaller teams.
