Reliable and User-Friendly Reservation Software with Excellent Support
Campspot has been a great reservation software for us, and despite the many options available, I have no plans to switch. The communication from their team has been excellent, with helpful emails about updates and industry highlights. Onboarding was smooth, and everyone was very supportive. The platform’s features are easy to use, and assistance is always available when needed. The only drawback is the introduction of a monthly fee, which wasn’t part of the original setup and was initially one of the platform’s attractive points. Overall, it’s a dependable and user-friendly solution for reservations.
