My experience with BonitaSoft was generally positive and professional. Since it was my first time using the software, there were a few challenges at the beginning, but overall it made things easier for me and my team, and I would definitely consider using it again in the future. I really liked how simple it was to implement, along with the clean, intuitive interface and the collaboration features that helped our team work more smoothly and efficiently. I had guidance from a specialized instructor, which made learning faster, though I feel the learning curve can be tough for new users without that support. One drawback is its reliance on Java, which may be a limitation for some companies, although it wasn’t an issue for us. Lastly, performance can become a concern when handling larger and more complex processes, especially if the hardware or optimization isn’t sufficient.

With Bonita 2021.1, process automation becomes something your organization quickly depends on, thanks to its low-code approach and smooth flow from process design to development and production. The platform is consistent, scalable, and easy to optimize over time. The built-in reports are sufficient for basic process performance summaries, but for deeper insights, I’d recommend integrating your own BI tool to analyze business data alongside the process metrics.
