We’ve been using Upper for about four months, and it’s made a huge difference in how we manage deliveries. Planning routes is much easier, our team stays organized, and deliveries happen faster, which our customers really appreciate. I especially love how it handles last-minute changes, letting us update drivers instantly, and the reporting tools give a clear view of performance. The interface is clean and simple, so even non-technical team members can use it easily. The subscription could be a bit more flexible for smaller users, and some of the advanced features take time to learn, but overall, it’s an incredibly helpful tool.
