especially as a small business owner. When I was setting up my private lesson studio, I used it to manage scheduling, billing, and accounting all in one place, which made handling everything on my own much easier. I really liked having a single system that synced with my calendar and phone, and it also let me send messages and updates to clients whenever schedules or payments changed. I only used a portion of its features, but I would still highly recommend StudioCloud for any service-based professional. I honestly don’t have any complaints since it’s free and connects easily across devices, though users should be prepared to spend a little time learning the setup for importing and managing clients. The tutorials help a lot, and when I was running my studio with around 50 clients, it felt like having a personal assistant right on my phone, making it simple to track appointments, calendars, and invoices.
It’s a free tool that uses cloud storage and makes invoicing simple. Setting up invoices takes a bit of time at first, but once everything is in place, it works well. Having some ready-made templates to edit would be a nice addition. I’ve been using it for many years now, and it’s done a great job for my small business. Honestly, I’m still surprised it’s free.
