I’ve been using SmarterCommerce for the past seven years in my current role, and throughout that time it has proven to be a reliable, stable, and highly useful platform. We implemented and launched this product back in 2002 and were likely one of its earliest customers. From the very beginning, the setup process was fast and straightforward—we were fully up and running within days. Over the years, the system has remained stable and dependable, with very few issues. It has consistently proven to be cost-effective, user-friendly, and well-suited for long-term use. One of the strongest positives has been the customer service, which has always been responsive and supportive whenever assistance was needed.
