This software is very helpful for managing animals in custody, allowing you to track each animal, set up multiple application options, and record treatments efficiently. The interface is generally user-friendly and makes day-to-day animal management much easier. However, recent updates have caused significant issues—application emails often fail to send, quick forms no longer work properly, and surgery notes sometimes aren’t saved, requiring manual re-entry. While the core functionality remains strong, these glitches have impacted overall efficiency and reliability.

Efficient and Volunteer-Friendly, With Minor Import Challenges
ShelterLuv has proven to be very user-friendly and stands out from other solutions we explored. It allows us to automate many processes that previously consumed a significant amount of volunteer time, making daily operations much smoother. The system is intuitive, and staff quickly adapt to its features. The main limitation is the difficulty in importing data from our old system, which is a common challenge in this space, but overall, ShelterLuv has significantly improved efficiency and workflow for our organization.
