Comprehensive and Customizable Cybersecurity Training Platform
My experience with KnowBe4 has been really positive. The platform makes it easy to set up and manage phishing and security awareness campaigns, which is especially valuable for an MSP like us. I love how customizable the training programs are, the variety of modules available in the ModStore, and the level of control we have over targeting specific teams or individuals. The support team has also been very helpful whenever we needed guidance. While there might be minor limitations on the partner and billing side, it doesn’t impact daily usage at all. I’d definitely use it again and recommend it for fostering cybersecurity awareness in any business environment.
