As a basic CRM, it does the job, but where it really shines is in maintaining lesson schedules and handling recurring payments without issues. There have been a few outages over the course of a year—maybe two or three—but they haven’t significantly disrupted our operations. Overall, it’s been a dependable tool that supports our business reliably over the long term.

Helpful Support, but the Platform Takes Time to Master
Like most new software, this system comes with a learning curve, which I expected going in.
