Intuitive Workflow That Keeps Improving
The workflow fits our needs really well and is easy to teach to new hires—after hitting update, the prompts make it clear what to do next. Some report features can be a bit frustrating, as the back button doesn’t always work and you sometimes have to start over for each program. That said, after 24 years of using this software, it keeps getting better and continues to be a reliable tool for our work.

Our experience with AWARDS (Foothold Technology) has been very satisfactory. While we transitioned to RMA as our main EHR, we still use AWARDS for our department as an internal roster system and to provide e-consent data to the Bronx RHIO and Healthix. It consistently provides the functionality we need to manage patient information and generate necessary reports. We haven’t encountered any issues, and it reliably supports our day-to-day operations.
