Efficient and Reliable Kiosk Management Tool
Esper has been a huge help in managing micromarket kiosks, keeping them connected for cashless transactions and making setup for new apps smooth. I love how easy it is to locate kiosks for troubleshooting and remotely navigate them to configure settings or check functionality, which helps us support customers quickly. The visibility of power and connectivity status before remoting in is also really useful. The only issue is that some Samsung OS settings reset after a remote reboot, and it would be great if those persisted—but overall, it’s a highly efficient and reliable tool.

Reliable Kiosk Management with Remote Control
Overall, the kiosk mode is a great feature, keeping users focused by blocking access to other device functions. I also appreciate the ability to remotely control devices and initiate restarts, which makes management much easier. The only downside is that some devices don’t allow log downloads, making it a bit tricky to troubleshoot errors when customers report issues.
