Powerful Platform with Helpful Guidance
At first, the number of features felt a little overwhelming, but the online tutorials made a big difference and helped me get comfortable quickly. Once I understood the system, having all of our sites managed through one central portal became a huge advantage—it’s incredibly convenient and keeps everything organized in one place. The only challenge has been the billing schedule, which charges two weeks in advance and can be tricky if we need to make last-minute changes. Overall though, it’s a strong and capable platform once you get the hang of it.

Outstanding Support and a Game-Changer for Registration & Billing
This program has truly made a difference for our organization. Customers can easily update their accounts, register for classes or childcare, and make payments online without needing staff assistance. It’s incredibly user-friendly for both families and administrators, and it has helped us reduce payroll hours by eliminating manual payment entry and phone registrations. The dashboard is especially helpful for quick updates and staying on top of daily tasks. What really stands out, though, is the customer service—you can reach a real person quickly, and email responses are fast and helpful. The system is even accessible on a cell phone, which adds great flexibility. The only small improvements I’d suggest would be limiting duplicate customer accounts under the same name and possibly integrating employee scheduling. Overall, it’s been an excellent solution for registration and billing.
