The customer service has been excellent—every time I called, I got professional and clear assistance. The system itself is very reliable; in the eight years we’ve been using it, we haven’t lost any data. The only small drawback is that it takes a few minutes to reset after a power outage, but overall it’s a dependable and trustworthy solution.

Easy-to-Use and Efficient File Management
DiskStation has been incredibly easy to set up, and my team adapted to it very quickly. It replaced our old Windows file server seamlessly, and we love that there’s no licensing hassle. The only limitation is that it doesn’t directly integrate with Entra ID for single sign-on, but overall it’s a reliable and user-friendly solution for managing our files.
