Why SoftwareWorld Chooses CyberArk Identity

"Organizations dealing with identity and access management often find CyberArk Identity a practical choice for keeping user access secure across their systems. It helps IT and security teams control who can access what, which matters a lot when managing employees, contractors, or remote workers. The platform suits companies that take security seriously at a policy level. That said, smaller teams with limited IT resources may find the setup and ongoing management more demanding than expected."

A Powerful Low-Code Platform That Transformed Complex Business Operations

In my previous role at a translation company, I spent nearly a decade building a complete internal management system from the ground up using FileMaker. The solution covered everything from employee and customer records to timesheets, project tracking, invoicing, and even subletting office workstations as part of an office hotel setup. Many repetitive and time-consuming tasks were automated through custom scripts, significantly reducing manual effort across departments.

A Flexible and Easy-to-Learn Database Platform That Scaled Across the Company

Our original goal was simply to migrate an old and outdated database system to FileMaker. However, once teams across the organization experienced how flexible and user-friendly the platform is, its adoption expanded rapidly. FileMaker has successfully replaced many Excel-based “systems” that were created without IT support and had become difficult to manage as they grew in size and complexity. These fragmented spreadsheets often caused confusion and errors, and moving them to structured FileMaker databases has delivered excellent results.
