Why SoftwareWorld Chooses Calibration Control

"Keeping calibration records organized is something many quality-focused teams struggle with, and Calibration Control exists specifically to solve that problem. Businesses in manufacturing, labs, or regulated industries often find it useful for tracking equipment schedules and maintaining accurate records without relying on spreadsheets. It helps teams stay prepared for audits and reduces the risk of missed calibration dates. That said, very small businesses with minimal equipment may find it more than they actually need."

Outstanding Support Right From the Start

My experience so far has been genuinely excellent. I interact with many software and hardware support teams every week, and I can confidently say this team stands out from the majority. The level of responsiveness, clarity, and willingness to help has been impressive and much better than most. While I’m still early in using the product itself, the customer service alone has already given me a lot of confidence moving forward.

Reliable Software Backed by an Exceptional Support Team

Overall, my experience with Calibration Control has been very positive. What truly sets it apart is the team behind the software. The APE support staff are responsive, approachable, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to help resolve issues or answer questions. From a usability standpoint, the software is straightforward and well organized, making it easy to find tool information and complete calibration requirements even if you don’t use it daily. While there are occasional hiccups like brief database connection losses or duplicate calibration numbers, these have been minor compared to the efficiency and support the system provides.
