Efficient Investor Management with Strong Support

The platform offers a great overall experience with excellent customer support and an easy-to-use interface. It has significantly improved efficiency in managing investor data, fundraising activities, and document storage and sharing. While financial waterfall calculations don’t always align perfectly with complex deal structures and reporting customization could be improved, it remains a reliable and valuable tool for day-to-day operations.
