Using Alma for almost two years has been an absolute game-changer for our school. The support is phenomenal—anytime I need guidance, the help guides and live support are responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful. What stands out most is how Alma listens to customer suggestions: many of the features I requested have been implemented, and I get regular updates highlighting new functionalities, often things I didn’t even know I needed! One of the biggest wins for us was the online enrollment process, which allowed us to confidently stay with Alma instead of switching to a costly alternative like PowerSchool. While it doesn’t yet accept payments directly (we still rely on other programs for that), Alma’s flexibility, affordability, and focus on letting us tailor processes to our needs make it an outstanding platform.
