Good Value with Supportive Service
Overall, I’m happy with the pricing and the customer service, and the regular yearly enhancements genuinely make my work easier. The onboarding process was simple, with a dedicated case manager who was always available for troubleshooting, and forms were quickly replicated so patients could complete them before visiting the office. The only downside was the text-to-pay feature, which I found not very user-friendly and inconsistent in recording payments, so I chose to turn it off.

Smooth Experience with Strong Payment Features
So far, our experience has been very positive, with the support team being quick to respond and resolve issues whenever we call. The text-to-pay feature and flexible payment plans have significantly improved our collections, and patients really appreciate the convenience. The only drawback is that entering email, address, and phone number repeatedly for paperwork and consent forms is time-consuming and could be streamlined.
