Why SoftwareWorld Chooses YNAB (You Need A Budget)

"Budgeting with intention is where YNAB genuinely stands out. Small business owners and freelancers often turn to it when they want clearer control over cash flow and spending habits rather than just tracking numbers after the fact. It encourages a proactive approach to money management, which helps avoid overspending across different expense categories. That said, larger businesses with complex accounting needs or payroll requirements may find it too limited for day-to-day financial operations."

Better than lot of other available options

After giving up on Mint, I eventually came upon YNAB, and I've been happily with them for many years. Throughout my tenure as a user, the application has undergone a number of changes, and each one has improved its functionality and value, while a few have required me to take a moment to relearn things that were second nature before the change. Their current version is feature-rich, adaptable, and most importantly, practical.

Confusing set up but worth trying

This app is quite confusing in set up but I will continue to use as it allows me to assign every penny to my budget.
