Overall, WSO2 EI is an excellent product and offers great value for money. The reusability of building blocks like sequences and endpoints makes creating integration flows faster and more efficient. Their support team is fantastic—always prompt, helpful, and focused on solving issues. The only drawback is the graphical representation of integration flows; for complex setups, the large mediator visuals can make the graphical view a bit cumbersome to work with.
