Global Time & Attendance
Time is recorded globally in Workrig. Time zones are managed in the system and every clock-on and Clock off updated in the system in relation to the policies of the system. The system allows multiple methods of time inputs – Web Clock-on, Mobile Clock-on & Third Party Machine integration.
Roster Management
Multiple shifts can be created and allocated to groups of people. Shifts can be assigned to individuals or groups, based on search results, further based on selection criteria. System updates those shifts and sends notifications to employees about their roster.
Workflow Management
Plan & Manage workflow required for a seamless system. Control the flow of data, manage your approval systems. Based on any change in rule, change the workflow accordingly, and publish it to be utilized by any micro-module.
