Fantastic Support and Super Easy to Learn

Using Subbly has been a fantastic experience—the team is friendly, helpful, and genuinely listens to customer feedback. I love that big brands use it too, which makes learning and getting help even easier. The guides, videos, chat bot, and responsive support make it simple to navigate the platform and manage selling boxes and products together. The only thing I wish for is a bit more flexibility on the basic plan, like allowing one or two cancellation options, which would make it easier to start and encourage upgrading as my business grows. Overall, it’s made building and managing my audience much less intimidating and very manageable.

Amazing All-in-One Platform for Subscription Businesses

Subbly has been fantastic. I only wish I had found it sooner. It gives me everything I need for a subscription business, from product setup and checkout to website design and email automation, all without spending thousands on a designer. The platform is extremely user-friendly, clean, and intuitive, and the customer service is exceptional, with the team going above and beyond to explain features and even create demonstration videos. The website builder is especially impressive, allowing drag-and-drop customization and easy code embedding for a non-tech user like me. The only things I’d love to see improved are including a currency converter on the basic plan and adding social media integration as part of the drag-and-drop elements.
