Efficient and User-Friendly Platform
Overall, we’re happy to continue using Rethink—it’s affordable, efficient, and easy to navigate. I really appreciate that the practice management and clinical pieces communicate seamlessly on one platform. The clinical side is simple for both clinicians and behavior technicians to use, and scheduling appointments is quick and easy for both clinical and non-clinical staff. Unlike other platforms where scheduling a month could take hours, with Rethink I can schedule an entire authorization period in no time. A few things could be improved, like adding a parent goals section in the program library, offering staff training tutorials, and allowing the iPad app to switch to horizontal view. Occasionally, notes can be lost if not saved properly, but better staff onboarding could help prevent that.

Easy and Convenient for Data Tracking
We switched from paper to electronic data capture during COVID, and as an “older” employee, I thought the transition might be tough—but it’s been surprisingly easy. Using my phone to record data is so much simpler and less cumbersome than dealing with stacks of paper. I really appreciate how quick and user-friendly it is for capturing data points. Entering and tracking BX data, as well as scheduling, is straightforward, and since this is my first time using software like this, I don’t have any complaints. It keeps improving, and from my perspective, it’s very easy to use.
