Simple and Supportive for Small Teams
Honestly, my experience was great. The team behind the software is supportive, helpful, and kind. It’s easy to implement and simple to use, which made it perfect for focusing on growing our small shop. The only limitations showed up as we scaled—there are no read/write permissions, and tracking received inventory isn’t built-in, so we had to rely on manual notes. By the time our team grew to 30 people, we needed a more robust system, but for small teams, it’s fantastic.

User-Friendly Printing Software
I’m really happy with Printavo. It’s easy to use, and the time-saving automation is a huge help. I love the barcodes, box labels, and the ability to duplicate repeated invoices. Integrations with Zapier, custom workflows, and POs make everything smoother. The only downside is that there’s still no merch store support for Canada, even after years of using the software.
