The no-code approach makes scraping fast and accessible, with minimal effort required. While the AI doesn’t always capture every element perfectly, Octoparse offers extensive resources and guidance to resolve these issues, including tutorials for adding scrolling steps or manually selecting elements when needed.

Poor Experience and Unresolved Issues
My experience with this company was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend their service. The tool was unable to solve my core business need, which was scraping a specific website protected by Cloudflare’s anti-bot measures. Despite trying, the service couldn’t bypass these restrictions, while a competing solution worked much better for the same task. On top of that, there were billing issues. Charges were applied without any prior reminder, even though they claim notifications are sent in advance. When I contacted support immediately after the charge, they refused to issue a refund, leaving me no choice but to dispute the payment through my credit card provider.
