A basic but clear hiring experience.
From an interviewer’s perspective, Lever is straightforward and easy to use, mainly serving as a clean space to view resumes and leave feedback. It does its core job well, but feels limited in scope. It would be more efficient if more hiring steps were consolidated into a single platform instead of relying on multiple separate tools.
