Ledgy has been a great fit for our needs, making equity issuance much simpler while also giving employees a clear and motivating equity dashboard they actually enjoy using. An unexpected bonus has been how much easier and more efficient investor reporting has become. The customer support team is highly knowledgeable and reassuring, which really matters when handling sensitive equity data, and the product team is clearly focused on building based on real customer needs. While some reporting features like ERS filings are still being expanded, it’s reassuring to see these improvements actively in progress.

Smooth Upgrade for Option Management
Ledgy has made managing option grants and exercises far more straightforward for our team. After switching from a competitor, the difference was clear right away — the platform feels cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to work with overall. Our onboarding took a bit longer due to internal complexities, but the Ledgy team stayed supportive and hands-on throughout the entire process. One small drawback is that signature witnessing requires a DocuSign integration at an extra cost, and having this built directly into Ledgy would make the experience even better.
