User-Friendly Accounting System with Powerful but Complex Reporting
Gravity Software is a highly user-friendly accounting platform, especially for users with prior experience in general ledger systems. Coming from tools like Microsoft Dynamics SL and QuickBooks Online, the transition felt smooth and the learning curve was relatively fast. The software works well as a consolidated accounting system that we rely on daily, and the way its modules integrate with each other helps maintain an efficient workflow. Template reports are intuitive and easy to navigate, and the platform overall feels organized and straightforward. The customer support team is also responsive and effective at resolving issues. However, creating non-template custom reports can be challenging. While the flexibility is impressive and allows for highly tailored reporting, the process requires careful coding and precision, which can be time-consuming. Once completed correctly, though, the results are very rewarding.
