Streamlined and Secure Contract Management
We’ve had a great experience with this platform—it has completely transformed how we handle contracts, giving us one central source of truth that makes everything much easier to manage. It has all the features we need, from drafting agreements, managing the contract lifecycle, e-signatures, and renewal alerts, to quickly finding documents in cloud storage using precise search filters. The security options are excellent, letting us control access by user roles or password-protect documents, which keeps our information safe and confidential. Occasionally, automatic workflows don’t send contracts to the right party, especially during complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders, but these situations are rare and can be quickly fixed manually. Overall, it’s a highly reliable and efficient solution.

A Reliable Tool for Contract Management
We needed a platform that could handle all aspects of contract management and lifecycle tracking to avoid any legal issues, and ContractWorks checks all the boxes. Storing and finding contracts is simple, and the search tools make accessing new or old contracts quick. Managing contract statuses, expiry dates, and preparing for renewals is straightforward, making it a real lifesaver for administrative work. We did run into a small issue with digital signatures not allowing clients to sign electronically, but the support team quickly resolved it, and we haven’t had any problems since. Overall, it’s a dependable and efficient solution.
