ChowNow Makes Online Ordering Simple for Restaurants
ChowNow helped us quickly get into online ordering, which we were late to adopt compared to our competitors. It turned out to be really popular—some customers only order online, and we might have missed their business without it. Creating a custom iOS and Android app for our restaurant was smooth too, with ChowNow’s team handling most of the technical work and app store requirements efficiently. The menu is easy to update, items can be removed when out of stock, and orders from Google come through seamlessly. Their iPad system is faster and more reliable than most tablets from other services, and support is always easy to reach. We also benefit from basic marketing tools, like email campaigns, and have full access to customer info, unlike many other platforms. Reporting features are solid, though I wish we could pull older data more easily.
