Excellent Service Experience Despite App Challenges and Banking Frustrations
Overall, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. I did face some serious issues with the mobile app on my phone, but these are challenges I believe will eventually be resolved. What truly stands out is the quality of customer service, which has been consistently supportive and responsive. That said, my frustration extends beyond this service alone and reflects a broader issue with banking in the UK. Compliance requirements have become excessively strict and, in my view, are now hindering trade and business growth. Compared to this, the U.S. appears far more welcoming and business-friendly. While the service itself performs very well, the wider regulatory environment makes doing business increasingly difficult.

Highly Satisfying and Efficient System with Excellent Customer Support
I’m very satisfied with Caxton, especially after using several other systems and providers in the past. It meets our requirements well and offers noticeably better customer service. The system is simple to set up and easy to implement, and the multi-currency functionality is ideal for supporting our international teams. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and helps save a lot of time, with plenty of useful reporting options available. I also appreciate how quickly I receive replies and support from my point of contact. So far, there’s nothing I dislike about the platform. I haven’t had the chance to explore all the features yet due to time constraints, but that’s not a limitation of Caxton. I’m planning to gradually roll out additional features and work more closely with the team to further improve our processes.
