BackPR is online registration and payment software for youth and community programs in the United States: summer camps, after-school and childcare programs, classes, sports, swim schools, schools, PTAs, churches and community centers.
Families register several children for several programs in one checkout, from any phone, in English or Spanish. Programs take deposits and set up autopay payment plans, collect e-signed forms and medical details before the first day, run waitlists, and check children in and out against each family's authorized pickup list. Staff email parents from any roster, and reports cover attendance, revenue and balances.
BackPR is free for nonprofits: no subscription and no BackPR fees. Payments run on Stripe at Stripe's standard rates. Programs can absorb the fee or pass it on, and BackPR never adds its own fee to what families pay. Other organizations get pricing by quote. No long-term contract: cancel anytime, with no exit fees.
