Our overall experience with Avanan has been excellent. The product rarely causes issues, and their tech support is always responsive, providing timely assistance whenever needed. Since our business depends heavily on email, having Avanan manage quarantined and reported messages takes a huge burden off our shoulders—the team handles it efficiently, ensuring safe and timely email delivery. The DLP features are well automated, automatically flagging and gate-checking outbound PII and PCI data, prompting users to reconsider before sharing sensitive information.

Powerful and Easy-to-Use Email Security Platform
The interface is clean and straightforward, giving immediate access to powerful features like rules-based policies that can be customized per mailbox. I especially appreciate the ability to create and save custom queries to monitor emails and see how policies are applied. Another standout feature is the flexibility to release or quarantine emails and correct any mistakes without resorting to time-consuming PowerShell scripts. Login events, analytics, and the option to inspect emails in the cloud without downloading them are flawlessly implemented and extremely useful. Whenever I’ve had questions, the support team has been prompt, even involving the Tech Support Manager to ensure everything is optimized for our setup. Setup for the trial took less than 10 minutes, and integration with Office365 was seamless.
