Powerful but Complex Tool

This is a feature-rich tool that offers developers deep control and flexibility. It provides many options to program custom behaviors, and the continuous enhancements are a big plus. However, it has a steep learning curve, so using sample projects is essential to become proficient. I also wish there were an offline purchase option like before, instead of a subscription model.

Mixed Experience with Adobe Captivate

I keep revisiting Adobe Captivate hoping for improvements, but it continues to disappoint. The workflow feels cumbersome, and I don’t feel confident recommending it to clients because creating meaningful content takes too much time and drives up costs. While the interactive video features are useful, basic eLearning needs like pop-up or reveal content are still poorly supported, making simple tasks unnecessarily complex and frustrating.
