AcroXtract supports extraction and archival workflows for Oracle NetSuite, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other legacy business systems. Rather than delivering only disconnected CSV files, AcroXtract is designed to preserve the structure and context of ERP data, including the relationships between transactions, customers, vendors, orders, invoices, payments, accounting records, and other related information.

For Oracle NetSuite, AcroXtract can extract standard and custom records, custom fields, sublists, transaction data, accounting information, system and audit data, and File Cabinet documents and attachments. The resulting data can be delivered as a structured MySQL database owned by the customer, together with applicable files and supporting data.

Extraction results are validated against the source using techniques such as record-count comparisons, financial and data reconciliation, relationship checks, and customer acceptance testing. AcroXtract also supports Multi-Book accounting environments and optional delta extractions to capture changes made after the initial extraction and before the final ERP cut-off.

For SAP environments, Blueacrobat applies structured extraction, mapping, validation, and archival workflows to historical SAP ECC and S/4HANA data. Blueacrobat Corporation is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II audited, with customer data protected using encryption in transit and at rest.
