StoreRocket proved invaluable in a fast-paced environment where we needed to deploy a store locator map quickly, fully integrating with our existing store management system. The API is straightforward and flexible, allowing for easy configuration that delivered an excellent user experience in minimal time. The analytics provided insights into user interactions, helping us identify market trends and customer behavior effectively. Even under heavy usage with thousands of hits and searches, the platform remained reliable and responsive, showcasing its robustness. While the API is excellent, we would have appreciated the ability to query stores using our own internal IDs—rather than parsing the entire list—to further streamline real-time lookups for over 300 sites.
